Biography

She graduated from the Master's program in violin at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna (class of Pavel Vernikov) and the University of Music and Performing Arts in Graz (class of Vesna Stanković-Moffat). Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade.

She is a laureate of violin competitions in Zagreb, Budapest, Belgrade, as well as competitions in Italy, the Czech Republic and Russia. She was awarded the Claudio Abbado and the Austrian province of Styria scholarship as an outstanding young performer. She performs at numerous international festivals, plays with renowned orchestras and conductors.

In 2012, the ArtLink association in Belgrade named Una Stanić the most promising young artist of Serbia. In 2018, she was awarded the title of "Young Hero of Serbia" for her outstanding achievements in culture and art. And in 2023 – the prestigious Belgrade City Prize for musical creativity.
