Born in 2000, he received his musical education at the Secondary Special Music School of the St Petersburg State Conservatory and later continued his studies at the St Petersburg Conservatory. During his student years, he became a laureate of several international competitions, including the Coupe Mondiale (Italy, 2017) and the Trophée Mondiale (France, 2017). As a conductor, he has collaborated with various orchestras in Russia and abroad, including the Arturo Toscanini Philharmonic Orchestra, the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, the Orchestra of Teatro Massimo Bellini, the Concert Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Conservatory, the Rostov Academic Symphony Orchestra, and other ensembles.
Since 2026, he has been collaborating with one of the world's leading international artist management agencies, Askonas Holt.
Stepan Armasar's international career continues to develop, with new projects and debuts with European orchestras ahead.
