Dear visitors of the St. Petersburg Philharmonia,
We invite you to familiarize yourself with the information about access to the buildings of the Grand and Small Halls of the Philharmonia
for people with disabilities, as well as the specifics of the services provided and additional assistance from our staff.

Grand Hall of the Philharmonia

The Grand Hall building is located at: 2 Mikhailovskaya St. (entrance from 9 Italianskaya St.).

The nearest metro station is "Nevsky Prospekt" (200 meters). The route from the metro to the hall is fully accessible: curb ramps and automatic ramps at the metro exit (requires calling a specialist by phone).

There are three parking spots for people with disabilities directly at the entrance to the Grand Hall.

For people with mobility impairments and guests in wheelchairs, the Grand Hall provides special visiting conditions:

The Grand Hall is equipped with an automatic lift for people with disabilities. It is accessible via the left entrance from the main entrance (entrance A). A special elevator is available for access to the concert hall floor, and security staff will assist you in using it.

Wheelchair users can be comfortably accommodated in designated boxes. When purchasing tickets at the Philharmonia’s box office, please inform the cashier of your specific access needs.

A special restroom is available under the federal program "Accessible Environment" (support handrails, seats, holders), with enough space for a wheelchair.

If you have other health conditions, the administrator will answer your questions.

To arrange your visit to the Grand Hall, please contact the administrators in advance by phone +7 (812) 240-01-00 or by email ticket@philharmonia.spb.ru

Small Hall of the Philharmonia

The Small Hall building is located at: 30 Nevsky Ave.

The nearest metro station is "Gostiny Dvor" (50 meters). The route from the metro to the hall is fully accessible, including curb ramps.

The Small Hall building is not equipped with automatic lifting devices, so concerts are not accessible for guests in wheelchairs.

To arrange your visit to the Small Hall, please contact the administrators in advance by phone +7 (812) 240-01-09 or by email admin-mzf@mail.ru.

We look forward to seeing you at our concerts!

Since autumn 2016, the Grand and Small Halls of the Philharmonia have joined the "Speaking City" project, which creates comfortable conditions for visually impaired visitors. Special radio informers and audio beacons have been installed at all entrances to help guide visitors to the ticket lobby and halls. Since 2023, the "Speaking City" system has been available through a smartphone app, helping visitors navigate the Philharmonia's interior and providing historical and cultural information about the Philharmonia’s life. This system has no analogs in the world, allowing visitors not only to navigate the space but also to gain a comprehensive picture of the Philharmonia’s history and events.
