Daily the restaurant "The Noble Assembly" is open to any guests from 12:00pm until the last guest (the kitchen closes at 10:30pm). You can pleasantly spend time here, have a birthday party or family celebration, have a business dinner or just meet with friends. The main hall is able to fit up to 50 seats, the small hall is up to 30.

On concerts day, we suggest to reserve a table beforehand. 
There is a 20% discount on an entire menu Monday through Friday, 12:00pm-4:00pm.

The main menu includes not just traditional Russian dishes, but also popular european dishes, as well as a vast wine list.

There is also daily live streams of concerts and rehearsals from the Big Hall of Philharmonia.
