Ticket refund rules
1. Ticket refund, purchased at the ticket office of the Grand and Small Hall of the Philharmonia.
In the event of a listener refuses to attend a concert, the full cost of the ticket (purchased at the ticket office of the Grand and Small Hall of the Philharmonia) is refunded with a passport during working hours of the ticket office in the following order:
1.1 For a refund you should fill out an application in the prescribed form, including passport details.
1.2 You should submit the application and the ticket to the ticket office of the Philharmonia before the concert.
1.3 The cashier accepts the application and the ticket from the listener by verifying the listener's passport details and ticket information. After checking the ticket and the filled fields, the cashier refunds the money to the listener in accordance the ticket.
1.4 The ticket, purchased at the ticket office of the Philharmonia, is refundable at the ticket office of the hall, in which the concert will take place.
2. E-ticket refund, purchased on the official website of the Philharmonia http://www.philharmonia.spb.ru
In the event of a listener refuses to attend the concert, the full cost of the e-ticket (purchased on the official website of the Philharmonia http://www.philharmonia.spb.ru) is refunded in the following order:
2.1 For a refund you should fill out an application in the prescribed form, including passport and all details. The application form is available in your personal account on the official website of the Philharmonia.
2.2 The filled application should be printed out, checked and signed. After that, the application with the signature should be sent in the format of scan or photo in your personal account on the Philharmonia website http://www.philharmonia.spb.ru
2.3 Acceptance of the ticket refund is confirmed by notification «the application sent» in your personal account on the official website of the Philharmonia.
2.4 Notification of the result of the applications's status is sent to the listener's email within 14 hours of receipt of the application. The listener may find the status of the application in the personal account on the official website.
2.5 The return of electronic ticket through the listener's personal account on the website is carried out no later than 24 hours before the start of the concert. If the listener wants to refund the ticket to the concert, before the start of which is less than 24 hours, the listener can address to the ticket office of the Philharmonia and refund the ticket according to paragraph 1.
2.6 If it is not possible to provide a scan or photo file of the filled application, then the listener should address to the ticket office of the Philharmonia with the application for the ticket refund. In this case, money will be returned to the card from which the purchase of the ticket was made.
3. If the ticket was purchased by a legal entity by bank transfer, the ticket refund is carried out in presence of an application from the organization with a power of attorney. The application should be certified by the signature of the head of the organization and the chief accountant.
4. If a concert is canceled, the listener is returned the full price of the ticket without an application within 5 (five) days from the date of the canceled concert at the ticket office of the Philharmonia upon presentation of the listener's tickets (strict reporting form) during working hours of the ticket office, regardless the place of the ticket's purchase.
